Form a team from your colleagues, friends, and family members. Teams consist of a minimum of 4 and maximum 6 members, either all male, all female, or mixed.

Each team will be presented with a set of mental and physical challenges. You will quickly learn to play to each other's strengths, urging each other to perform their best. You'll learn to communicate clearly, resolve differences and put setbacks behind you. You will bond in no time and will stand by each other to overcome the challenges ahead.
