Registration
To register a team, complete a registration form (Word Document) and send to assuntoscorporativos@bg-group.com
You must also submit your medical certificate and confidential medical record to participate in the BG Energy Challenge 2008 - Brasil. Please use the two forms linked below and return these documents to the address below by October 3rd.
To guarantee your enrolment in the event, you should follow the steps below:
1) Set up an appointment with your physician to inform him/her about your participation in an adventure sports event. Ask him to order the necessary exams (EAS and Electrocardiogram);
2) After doing the exams, set up another appointment with your physician to have your exams evaluated. Also ask him to fill out and sign your medical certificate and confidential medical record;
3) Then return your medical certificate, your confidential medical record and a copy of your exams to the following adress:
