Q. How fit do I have to be? Q. What do you mean by average physical ability? Q. Do I need to train before the event? Q. Will we be able to make substitutions if a team member gets tired? We also advise that any running programme is supplemented with some muscle strengthening and stamina‑building exercises. The emphasis is on endurance rather than speed, but you do not have to be a marathon runner! A range of physical skills will be incorporated into the event.
