Team categories

The team categories are:

• Open category (all teams are automatically entered into this category to dictate the overall winner)
  
• Under 30s (all team members must be under 30 years of age at the time of the event)
  
• 160+ (cumulative age of the four team members) or 200+ to include optional substitute 
  
• Mixed team (any age - teams must compete as a mixed team for each stage of the event)
  
• All male (any age)
  
• All female (any age)
