Who can take part
Anyone working in or associated with the energy industry can take part. Teams consist of four core members, an optional rolling substitute and a manager who will compete in the executive stage with their team – the 'Leaders' Challenge'.
The Leaders’ Challenge is an opportunity for managers to actively support their team prior to and during the event itself. It also provides a forum to network with colleagues from across the industry. Leaders will take part in one of the event stages with their team and depart when the event finishes.
You don't have to be a marathon runner to take part! Fitness, however, is a key ingredient to your success, alongside being mentally sharp and working as a team.
Be a Marshal…
Want to get involved and experience all the fun but without the physical stuff? Then you can volunteer to be a Marshal at the event instead. Marshals can also play an active part in the fundraising too.
