What to bring
Whilst not comprehensive, a suggested kit list would be:
• Appropriate footwear (2 pairs running shoes)
• Extra inner soles for running shoes
• Numerous pairs of socks and t-shirts
• Windproof and waterproof outers
• Map cases or fablon
• Personal wash kits
• Light gloves
• Sunglasses and protection from sun, wind and insects
• Additional warm over-clothing for use when not competing
• Casual clothes for the post event party
In addition teams can bring their own:
• Compasses
• Head torches
• Rucksacks
• Buddy ropes
• Camelbaks / water bottles
• Energy bars or similar
