Team rules

The event is open to teams of seven persons aged 18 years or over who wish to give of their time and effort towards helping worthy causes.

In addition to the entry fee which covers accommodation, food and specialist equipment at the event, each team is required to raise a minimum of TT$15,000 for charity. All participants must be at least 18 years of age before the date of the Event to participate.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All participants must be at least 18 years of age before the date of the Event to participate
  • A maximum of 30 teams will be allowed to participate in the BG Energy Challenge 2009 – Trinidad & Tobago on a first come first served basis
  • To register, teams must sign and complete the registration form and attach the registration fee of TTD$6000. Cheques are to be made payable to BG T&T Energy Challenge and sent to Nneka Mentore, BG Trinidad & Tobago, BG House, 5 St. Clair Avenue, St. Clair.
  • To qualify, at least the Team Leader and Vice Captain details must be provided at the time of registration. A fully complete and signed registration form will be required by 23rd April 2009 to fulfill the medical requirements
  • All participants must sign and return the Waiver Form and Medical History Form prior to the event
  • All participants commit to raise the Event’s minimum sponsorship target as a condition of participation
  • Teams’ pledge form must be submitted to Nneka Mentore on the morning of the 23rd May, before the event begins
  • The team’s pledge fee must be paid to the Organisers by 1 October 2009
  • The information provided will be held in accordance with the BG Group Data Protection Policy, which can be found on the BG Group intranet or from the organisers of the BG Energy Challenge – Trinidad & Tobago.
