Who can take part
Anyone working in or associated with the energy industry can participate (including friends and family). Teams consist of four to six members made up of either all male, all female or mixed participants.
You don't have to be a marathon runner to take part! Fitness, however, is a key ingredient to your success, alongside being mentally sharp and working as a team.
