Charity
In 2009 the BG Energy Challenge raised money for two charitable institutions: Centre for Digital Inclusion (CDI), which promotes digital and social inclusion to low income communities; and Action for Brazil’s Children (ABC Trust), dedicated to helping street children and the most vulnerable young people of Brazil.
Each team was asked to raise a minimum of $R3,300
The amount of funds raised counts towards the time that each team will have to complete the challenge.
