The BG Energy Challenge 2009 - Brasil took place from 18 - 20 September at the Hotel Novo Frade in Angra dos Reis. Sixty-five teams raised over US$ 161,000 (R$ 290.000,00) for event charities Centre for Digital Inclusion (CDI), which promotes digital and social inclusion to low income communities and Action for Brazil’s Children (ABC Trust) which is dedicated to helping street children and the most vulnerable young people of Brazil.
